External lighting in the form of 3 Genius ARC LED Double ring units were added to give the front facade a little bit of colour and take away the blandness of the stone frontage. The units are IP65 rated and have 3 x 3watt RGB emitters inside and focused lenses to give a crisp beam of light. They are driven from an ARC LED drive box giving the option of static or colour scrolling functions.

CLINCHES - Tapas bar and Restaurant - North Quay

Sound is provided courtesy of 5 of the Industry's leading names - JBL, Cloud, Denon, Pioneer and Tascam.

JBL Control 1's serve the upstairs restaurant area whilst Control 25's provide sound to the bar area downstairs allowing for higher sound levels. The system has also been designed to allow live acts to plug directly in to wall sockets and utilise the in house sound system.

The cloud 46/50 amp provides 4 seperate zones and allows the staff on both levels to choose their input source of music as well as local volume control via means of an RSL-6 wall mounted control.

Clinches is a new venture by the Sefton Group. It is a Tapas bar and restaurant based on the newly refurbished quayside in Douglas. It is based in the former restaurant building made famous by celebrity TV chef Kevin Woodford. Consisting of a spacious airy downstairs bar and a cosy restaurant on the first floor. ELS have provided and installed both the in house fixed sound system, the internal LED mood lighting and also the external LED colour changing lights in conjunction with MT electrical.
